When placing your order, you can:

  • Provide personalization instructions (first name, message, desired text)

All information is sent directly to our workshop after order confirmation.

What elements can I customize?

Depending on the product, you can customize:

  • The photo

  • The first name

  • A short message or quote

The instructions must be clear and complete to ensure optimal results.

Can I send my instructions in a format other than text?

Yes. You can:

  • Write the text directly

  • Send a document (Word / PDF)

  • Or attach an image containing the text

The most important thing is that the information is readable.

Can I modify my customization after placing the order?

Modifications are only possible if production has not yet started .
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Will I receive a preview before manufacturing?

Currently, we do not offer a systematic overview.
Our craftsmen meticulously follow the instructions provided.

What is the manufacturing lead time?

Customized products are manufactured under:

  • 2 to 5 business days

Each piece is custom-made.

What is the delivery time?

  • Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days

  • A tracking number is provided as soon as the shipment is sent.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Can I return or exchange a personalized product?

Personalized products are neither exchangeable nor refundable , except in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Our mistake

In this case, contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt .

What if my photo is not of good quality?

If the photo you send does not allow for optimal engraving, we will contact you before production to request another image.

Are the photos sent secure?

Yes.
Your files and personal data are:

  • Used only for your order

  • Never shared or sold

  • Deleted after processing according to our privacy policies
